Q1. How to place an order?

Placing an order quite easy, below We have added some steps which will help you with order placing

  • Choose the product you want to order
  • Check the availability by adding the Pin code of your area
  • Click on the add to cart option
  • Now on the cart page you can find the total and subtotal of the amount and you can also increase or decrease the quantity of the product
  • Click on the proceed to checkout link
  • Enter billing details carefully
  • Check the payment method
  • Click on the option “Place order”

Q2. What are the modes of placing an order with Dharmsaar?

Right now you can only order products by visiting our website.

Q3. Where all do you deliver?

You can check the delivery availability by entering the pin code of your area if we are serviceable there we will deliver your product.

Q4. Can I choose my time of delivery?

No, you can’t choose a delivery time, when you order something from us our logistic partner will send you the delivery date and time.

Q5. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Whenever you place an order you will get an email message on the Email address you used while placing an order.

Q6. How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?

You can change or cancel your order by login to your account on our website

Q7. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Right now we accepting only online payments and you will get a refund online. For more details and information read our refund and cancellation policy you can find on the website.

Q8. What is FNP's Return Policy?

FNP return policy means no returns are allowed but if you get a defective or wrong product let us know earliest by contacting us. You can find contact details on our contact page.

Q9. What are the cases where a refund will not be made?

  • Any items which are delivered to the wrong address provided by the sender
  • Improper handling of the products by the customer which caused product quality problems
  • Unsuccessful deliveries were caused because the recipient was not available at the time of delivery or the recipient refused to take the delivery.
  • Cancellation or modification request for order made less than 24 hours before the date of delivery.

Q10. My order is delayed, what do I do?

Our orders are prepared and delivered in a particular timeframe but in some cases, orders get delayed by the logistic partners. We request you to wait for some time. You can also contact us through email or call if your delivery date lapsed.
